This class teaches foundational tumbling skills with a focus on body control, strength, and safety. Students gain flexibility, coordination, and the confidence to move with control. Tumbling classes are perfect for gymnasts or cheerleaders who want to focus on their floor skills or for kids who just love to flip!

No, tumbling classes focus only on floor-based skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, and back handsprings. Beam and bars are part of traditional gymnastics classes instead.
No prior experience is necessary. Our tumbling program is designed for beginners through advanced levels, and our coaches will help each student progress at their own pace.
A leotard or gym shorts with a fitted t-shirt is most appropriate for safe movement. Students should also bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class.
Each class runs for 55 minutes and begins with a warm-up game and stretching. After that, students rotate through stations where they practice specific tumbling skills and drills.
