Our gymnastics classes progress from foundational skills to advanced techniques across vault, bars, beam, and floor. Beginners build strength, coordination, and confidence through core movements. Intermediate gymnasts refine technique and begin linking skills, while advanced athletes take on challenging elements like back handsprings and high bar work—emphasizing precision, control, and mental focus.

Our Gymnastics Programs

You can access your child’s skill chart through the parent portal. Students are evaluated every class. Please allow 24 hours after your student’s class for the skills to update.

No, our engaging lesson plans and passionate coaches will ensure that the exercises and drills that your student is doing meets their needs and keeps them excited to progress.

The classes are 55 minutes long. They will do a warm up game followed by stretches. They will then rotate through their respective stations to work on their skills.

It’s best to bring your child in to be evaluated before placing them into a class. Please call the gym to schedule an evaluation.

A leotard or gym shorts and a t-shirt are most appropriate.

When they have achieved 5 stars on all of the required skills for their current level.
